CANCELLATION POLICY
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 2 days before the beginning of your appointment. If you are feeling sick or unwell, we strongly agree that you reschedule your booking treatment ahead of time. Please note that 24 Hours cancellation policy is required otherwise the full treatment fee will be charged.
SURCHARGE POLICY:
A 20% surcharge applies on Public Holidays
TIPPING POLICY:
Gratuity is upon your discretion
HOME AND HOTEL DISCLAIMER: Please refer to our Home and Hotel Service Menu when booking any services when you are staying in a home or hotel. This is to cover the hotel parking, insurance, and travel expenses.

ARRIVAL TIME
Please ensure that you arrive 10-15mins before your treatment time. As you will
need to complete your consultation form.
LATE ARRIVAL
Let us know if you are running late as we still do our best to accommodate your full
treatment. However, it may also affect the length of your treatment as the therapist
might have another client afterwards.
PRIVATE HEALTH FUND REBATES
Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure that your health fund allows for
you to claim the massage rebate. Different providers offer different levels of
coverage depending on which package or premium you have taken. In many cases,
only the Remedial Massage treatment is deemed claimable from your Private Health
Fund, but this may vary depending on your level of cover.
Kindly turn your devices to silent mode when you are having treatments.
VALUABLES
We regret that we cannot be held responsible for the loss of valuable items.
CHILDREN
Please note that children under the age of 8-18 years old should have the parent
consent for only suitable treatments for them.
